By accessing or using WTKit, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the App.

1. Use of the App

WTKit is designed to display your WakaTime statistics in a clean and secure interface. To use the app, you must authenticate with your WakaTime account via OAuth. Your access token is stored locally on your device and used only to request data from the WakaTime API.

2. No Warranty

WTKit is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will function without interruptions, delays, or errors. We are not responsible for any data inaccuracies that may result from issues with the WakaTime API or changes to their service.

3. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall the developers of WTKit be liable for any damages, including without limitation, indirect or consequential damages, or any loss of data or profits arising out of, or in connection with, the use of this app.

4. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. WTKit does not collect or store any personal data. All tokens and data retrieved from WakaTime remain on your device. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

WTKit and all associated branding and content are the intellectual property of the app creator. This app is not affiliated with or endorsed by WakaTime.

6. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or change these Terms at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page and may be communicated through the app.
